Pinch collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no identifiers. Your videos and photos are compressed on your device and are never sent anywhere.
This policy is short because there is very little to describe. The rest of the page explains what that means in practice, and what Apple — not us — handles when you buy a subscription.
1. What we collect
Nothing. We operate no server, hold no database, and have no way to identify you or contact you unless you email us yourself.
Specifically, Pinch contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no attribution or tracking framework, and no crash-reporting service. It does not collect a device identifier, an advertising identifier, an IP address or a location.
2. Your files
When you choose a video or a photo, Pinch copies it into the app's own storage on your device, compresses it there, and writes the result beside it. Nothing at any stage leaves the device.
- Your original is never modified or deleted. The app reads it and writes a new file elsewhere.
- Copies are temporary. The copy Pinch makes in order to work, and any result you have not saved, are deleted the next time the app launches.
- Saving is your choice. A result only reaches your photo library or another app when you tap Save or Share.
3. Permissions

Pinch does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, health or motion access, and cannot use them.
4. Network
Pinch makes no network requests of its own. Compression uses only the media frameworks built into iOS and runs offline.
The one exception is purchases. When you open the subscription screen or buy PRO, iOS communicates with the App Store on your behalf using Apple's StoreKit framework. That exchange is between your device and Apple. We receive no payment details, no Apple Account information and no name or email address — only, through Apple's aggregate sales reporting, anonymous totals of how many subscriptions were sold in which country.
5. What Apple handles
Downloading the app and buying anything inside it are transactions with Apple, governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Apple may also collect usage or crash data through its platform-level reporting, depending on the settings on your device. We can see only anonymised, aggregated reports in App Store Connect, and never individual users.

6. Children
Pinch is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
7. Your rights
Data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, export and erase personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to produce or delete. Everything Pinch stores is on your own device and is removed when you delete the app.
8. Changes
If a future version of Pinch ever collects anything, this page will be updated before that version ships and the change will be surfaced in the app. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

Bir video veya fotoğraf seçtiğinizde Pinch onu cihazınızdaki kendi alanına kopyalar, orada sıkıştırır ve sonucu yanına yazar. Hiçbir aşamada hiçbir şey cihazdan çıkmaz.
- Orijinaliniz asla değiştirilmez veya silinmez. Uygulama onu okur ve başka bir yere yeni bir dosya yazar.
- Kopyalar geçicidir. Pinch'in çalışmak için aldığı kopya ve kaydetmediğiniz sonuçlar, uygulamanın bir sonraki açılışında silinir.
- Kaydetmek sizin tercihiniz. Bir sonuç, yalnızca siz Kaydet veya Paylaş'a dokunduğunuzda fotoğraf kitaplığınıza ya da başka bir uygulamaya ulaşır.

4. Ağ
Pinch kendi başına hiçbir ağ isteği yapmaz. Sıkıştırma yalnızca iOS'un yerleşik medya altyapısını kullanır ve çevrimdışı çalışır.
Tek istisna satın almalardır. Abonelik ekranını açtığınızda veya PRO satın aldığınızda iOS, Apple'ın StoreKit çatısını kullanarak sizin adınıza App Store ile iletişim kurar. Bu alışveriş cihazınız ile Apple arasındadır. Bize ödeme bilgisi, Apple Hesabı bilgisi, isim veya e-posta adresi ulaşmaz; yalnızca Apple'ın toplu satış raporlaması üzerinden, hangi ülkede kaç abonelik satıldığına dair anonim toplamlar görürüz.
5. Apple'ın yürüttükleri
Uygulamayı indirmek ve içinde bir şey satın almak, Apple ile yapılan ve Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabi işlemlerdir. Apple ayrıca cihazınızdaki ayarlara bağlı olarak platform düzeyinde kullanım veya çökme verisi toplayabilir. Veri koruma mevzuatı, hakkınızda tutulan kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma ve silme hakları verir. Bizde hiç veri yok, dolayısıyla sunulacak veya silinecek bir şey de yok. Pinch'in sakladığı her şey kendi cihazınızdadır ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde ortadan kalkar.
8. Değişiklikler
